Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We strictly follow the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms for all export agreements. Our most common trade terms include:

1. FOB (Free On Board) - Chattogram/Mongla Port

The seller clears the goods for export and loads them onto the vessel nominated by the buyer at the named port of shipment in Bangladesh. The buyer assumes all costs and risks from that point forward.

2. CFR (Cost and Freight)

The seller clears the goods for export and pays the costs and freight necessary to bring the goods to the named port of destination. However, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are on board the vessel.

3. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

Similar to CFR, but the seller also contracts for insurance cover against the buyer's risk of loss or damage to the goods during the carriage. We provide comprehensive marine insurance covering 110% of the invoice value.
