We believe in complete transparency and want you to be 100% confident in the quality of our jute products before placing a bulk commercial order. Therefore, we highly encourage requesting samples.
1. Free Product Samples
The physical samples of our jute sacks, hessian bags, fabrics, or yarn are completely FREE OF CHARGE. We will prepare the specific grade and size you require.
2. Courier & Shipping Cost
While the products are free, the prospective buyer is responsible for the international courier freight charges (via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex).
Alternatively, if you have an active corporate account with any major courier service, you can provide us your account number, and we will ship the samples on a "Freight Collect" basis.
3. 100% Refund Guarantee
To show our commitment to building long-term relationships, the total courier cost you paid for the samples will be fully deducted and refunded from your very first commercial order invoice.
How to Request a Sample
- Identify the exact product(s) you are interested in from our catalog.
- Fill out our contact form or email us with your detailed requirements and complete delivery address including postal code.
- We will inform you of the courier charge.
- Once the courier fee is arranged, samples will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
